Terms & Conditions

Who we are: STRUK [legal name e.g., STRUK Ltd], [company number], [registered office], contact email: [email protected], telephone number: 07838133091.
1) Scope
These terms govern (a) your use of our website and (b) purchases of products and services (including bespoke items). If anything here conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the law prevails. GOV.UK
2) Key definitions
Bespoke Goods: items made to your specification (e.g., custom-size impact screens, panels cut to order, custom grommet layouts).
Standard Goods: non-custom items (e.g., stock mats, accessories).
3) Ordering & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy; we’ll confirm acceptance by email. For Bespoke Goods, production starts only after (i) full payment and (ii) any layout/size confirmation we request. Lead times run from that point. (This mirrors common custom-order practice across the category.) Par2Pro
4) Pricing, tax & payment
Prices are shown in [GBP] and include/exclude VAT as indicated. We may correct errors before dispatch. Payment is taken by approved providers; you agree to their terms.
5) Delivery, risk & title
Estimated delivery windows are guidance only. Risk passes on delivery; title passes when we receive full payment. If a delivery is refused or uncollected, re-delivery fees may apply.
6) Compatibility & installation
Projector & aspect ratio: achieving full-screen, distortion-free images depends on pairing screen size/aspect ratio with projector specs and room geometry; keystone/zoom cannot fix a fundamental mismatch. Plan the bay around aspect ratio first. We can advise, but final responsibility for site dimensions and compatibility rests with you unless you purchase our design/installation service.
Mounting & safety: ensure appropriate fixings, clearances behind the screen, and suitable surrounds. (Typical guidance is keeping rear clearance for impact absorption.) GOV.UK
7) Cancellation, returns & exchanges
Your statutory right to cancel (distance sales): For Standard Goods, consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason, provided items are returned unused and in original condition. We’ll refund the product price (less any diminished value) within 14 days of receipt. You cover return shipping unless we agree otherwise. GOV.UK+1
Bespoke Goods: No automatic right to cancel once we’ve started making them (custom size/screens/panels, etc.), unless faulty—this is an explicit exception under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Legislation.gov.ukGOV.UKFSP Law
Faulty/Not as described: You’re entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair/replacement; in some cases a refund). Goods must be of satisfactory quality and as described. Legislation.gov.ukGOV.UK
Industry norm: Many suppliers exclude returns for custom-sized items (e.g., custom netting/screens). We follow that approach for Bespoke Goods. Net World SportsNet World SportsThe Net Return
8) Warranties
STRUK-made items: [12-month limited warranty] against manufacturing defects under normal use; exclusions include wear-and-tear, misuse, incorrect installation, and commercial overuse beyond stated ratings.
Branded hardware (e.g., TruGolf): covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and terms; we’ll help facilitate claims where appropriate.
9) Limitation of liability
We’re not liable for (a) loss of profit/revenue or (b) indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant order, except where the law forbids such limits (death/personal injury due to negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable rights).
10) Intellectual property
All site content, product descriptions, and the STRUK brand are our IP. Third-party names (e.g., TruGolf) are trademarks of their respective owners.
11) Website use
Do not misuse the site or attempt to access data unlawfully. We may suspend access for maintenance or misuse.
12) Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays/failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier issues, component shortages).
13) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
