  • Order & support: purchases, measurements/specs for Bespoke Goods, messages.

  • Payment: tokenised payment details via our processors (we don’t store full card numbers).

  • Usage & device: IP, device/browser info, site interactions, cookies/SDKs (see Cookies).

  • Marketing preferences: newsletter opt-ins/opt-outs.

3) Why we use your data & lawful bases

  • To provide products/services (take orders, deliver, support): contract.

  • To personalise and improve the site (analytics, troubleshooting): legitimate interests (you can object).

  • To send marketing (email/SMS): consent; you can opt out anytime.

4) Sharing your data

We share necessary data with vetted providers: payment processors, warehouses/couriers, IT/hosting, email tools, and (where relevant) manufacturers like TruGolf for warranty/fulfilment. We require appropriate data protection commitments from all processors.

If providers store data outside the UK, we rely on lawful safeguards (e.g., UK-approved Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions). Details available on request.

6) Retention

We keep customer/order records for 6 years (tax/accounting). Marketing data is kept until you opt out or after a defined inactivity period. We minimise retention where possible.
